6. Enterprise Portfolio Prioritization

Unrealistically short time frames. Not enough resources. This module presents a method for prioritizing and managing multiple concurrent cross-functional Enterprise projects. Note that this module is based on the same content as Module B in the Advanced IT modules, but is focused on business projects, rather than IT projects.
