Overview

This module describes the elements of an effective status tracking and reporting approach, and a change management process that is responsive to business needs, but manages expectations about the impact of change. It discusses issues surrounding getting project closure, the ways different participants view success, and performing post-project reviews.

Audience
The intended audience of all the Core Modules includes Project Managers, leaders, and key team members (including customers or clients) of medium-to-large projects. Managers of project teams will also receive benefit, as well as Project Management Office staff who have not been exposed to the gamut of project management topics they need to support.
