Scheduling
This module presents basic network diagramming and Gantt charting techniques. It then
provides more advanced application of precedence analysis (to show how to
complete a phase faster) and resource analysis (to gain best use of available
staff).

Audience
The intended audience of all the Core Modules includes Project Managers, leaders,
and key team members (including customers or clients) of medium-to-large projects.
Managers of project teams will also receive benefit, as well as Project Management
Office staff who have not been exposed to the gamut of project management topics
