This module presents a process for accurate, useful, repeatable, re-entrant, trust-building activity-level estimating. Discussion includes the importance of communicating assumptions, which improves the usefulness of any estimate, and improves project performance.

Audience
The intended audience of all the Core Modules includes Project Managers, leaders, and key team members (including customers or clients) of medium-to-large projects. Managers of project teams will also receive benefit, as well as Project Management Office staff who have not been exposed to the gamut of project management topics they need to support.
