About Us: Who Are the ProjectExperts?
ProjectExperts is a USA-based Program and Project Management Learning, Coaching and Consulting firm, that also offers products that complement popular PM tools. We use these products to accelerate our own services, and we offer them for licensing by customers as well. Some of them have been the competitive advantage or key differentiator for Consultancies, Government Agencies and Enterprises on six continents.
In addition to MinProj and our suite of additional products, ProjectExperts offers a range of Learning experiences that don't just teach Project Management, they form the foundation for Project Performance Competence. The curriculum targets three distinct groups of project stakeholders, Executive and Senior Management, Project Practitioners, and Team Members or beginning Project Managers. Our Modular Project Management curriculum allows savvy customers to configure their own curriculum from over 20 days of selectable modules.
Our Learning experiences, Consulting and Tools align with the PMBoK Guide, and with the USA's National Competence Baseline, as well as the IPMA's International Competence Baseline. In fact, we helped write them! Why is this important? Because while Knowledge is important, it is just a first step: Project Per4mance comes from application of the right knowledge to result in Skills, recognition and rewards for success to sustain Atttitudes, and consistent application in varying situations to demonstrate Competence.
